Daglan
Daglan is a pretty village in the Dordogne department of the Aquitaine region.
The town is built almost entire from the sandstone that is common in the area and hosts a number of quaint houses and picturesque buildings.
Daglan is very close the the historical important towns of Sarlat and Domme, the Dordogne River and the valley of the five chateaux which includes the mighty defensive chateaux Beynac and Castelnaud.
Today it is a pretty little village which in spring is loaded with flowers throughout the streets.

Sarlat. A historic beautiful preserved medieval town 23 kms from Daglan
Domme. Historic bastide town sittinf high above the Dordogne river 11 km from Daglan
Chateau Beynac. Famouse forified castle form medieval times at 13 km from Daglan
Chateau Castelnaud. Sitting across the river from Beynac and once an English stronghold Castelnaud is just 10km from Daglan.
